    paid for snowblower but idiots at store would not ship item when they said they would.waiting for my refund so i can buy from someone who cares about good service.

    Yard force needed correct part

    With assistance from Tractor Supply, snow blower was ordered with no issues. Product was delivered by tractor trailer. One problem, driver wasn’t told he needed a lift gate. Had to scrounge up lumber to slide the snowblower down into the bed of my pickup truck in a pouring rain! Got it all assembled with one problem, the handle to turn the cute to throw the snow was the wrong one. Kept hitting the engine as it turned. After sending several photos of the problem and proof of purchase, the correct one was sent. Has been installed and hallalouya!
