Love the snow blower did not like the fax that is set in Albany New York for one week then when they finally delivered it had to actually take it off of the truck so wrong on so many levels that was so heavy

YARDMAX is a JOKE !!!

Shipped with integral parts missing. Yardmax lied to me about shipping the required parts (this was verified by their own support person). Two storms down, still shoveling, still waiting. About to return to my local Tractor Supply Store and purchase a different machine from another vendor.

This is my first electric start snow blower and that makes it so much easier. It still has the pull cord as a backup which is great if you run out of gas at the end of the driveway. Throws snow good too.

Arrived damaged and Yardmax will not address

We picked this up in February, ordered it after a heavy snow. Didn’t put it together until a few weeks ago and found both wheels had bent rims, and tires would not hold air. The snowblower has never been used. Contacted Yardmax, who initially agreed to replace the tires and wheels. After multiple calls to check status, they changed their minds and decided we only deserved a $50 refund instead, because our claim was over 30 days from the date of purchase. We provided pictures that showed the snowblower had never been used, pictures showing that air pressure dropped, but they would not address the problem. I will never buy another Yardmax product again and would encourage others to avoid them as well.
No, I do not recommend this product.
