However, the intelligent battery is still compatible with every Worx Power Share 20V & 40V tool, outdoor power and lifestyle product. It features an Intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors and optimizes each individual cell in the battery which maximizes overall performance, and cell-cooling technology employs thermoplastic material to keep the cells cooler, longer, which extends run time. The full-wrap 360-degree cell encasing provides protection against the tougher tasks that advanced DIY-ers and professionals put their tools through, with shielding against impacts, vibration, and excessive heat.
