Perfect for Guinea pigs

Bought this for my Guinea pigs and skinny pigs. They love it!!! They totally ignored their usual kaytee timothy hay and devoured this hay. Expands perfectly inside a 200 qt sterilite tote. Smells great, soft and the piggies give it 2 thumbs up!

I have purchased several of these bales. Some are very good quality some not so good. I bought one that was mostly trash. It would be better if you could see what you were buying.

Product was awesome, but delivery nevery happened!

The rabbits love this hay. However, I am really disapointed in the delivery service. I get it that it is a free service, a reward for doing business with TSC, but I have never had a problem with it in the past. I was sick and my husband was not available to go pick it up that afternoond. I had to call at 6 pm to find out where the delivery was. I was told that the person who was to pick up and deliver my order never showed up! No one bothered to call me. My husband barely had time to go get it before they closed. The last time I used the delivery service, someone from the store delivered. it. Also, I was told that they could not reactivate my free delivery. I would have to call customer service. What is happending to TSC?? The store you could count on....

This was bought on an "emergency" need as we forgot to fill our hay bags before we left. Hay is fresh and great quality. This is a good concept. The horses liked it a lot. It only gets four starts because: the hay is cut short, so a lot gets wasted as it falls out the bottom of a hay bag. Its also very expensive.
