Tried Scotts on my lawn

Scott's has been producing / selling fertilizers for as long as I can remember. The sale in July gave me an opportunity to try out Scotts on my lawn. I applied it when it arrived. By mid-July, after the application, my lawn is noticeably greener. I am very happy with Scott's !

Bermuda turf greened up nicely and is staying green in this 90+ deg. heat.I like the small prill size fertilizer.Very easy to spread and no clumps.

The most common reason a lawn does not respond to fertilizer is soil pH. Soil pH must be in-between 5.5-7.5 for fertilizer to be absorbed by the grass. Perform a soil pH test. Grass may be under stress from disease or insect activity. A continued or general yellow look may indicate a lack of iron. If the lawn isn't receiving at least an inch of water per week, then the lawn will not green up as fast. Re-apply Lawn food in 6 weeks. Thatch lawn to remove excessive buildup.
