Wow wish I read these comments before buying three bags.

Works great on St Augustine grass definitely buy it again

Scott's products have gone down hill over the last 4 to 5 years. I applied Bonus S Southern Weed and Feed to my established centipede yard and has not killed any of the weeds this year. Grass is green and so are the weeds...Not happy at all!

I’ve been reading the negative reviews as they popped up first. I have a quarter acre of all centipede lawn. That’s just the lawn. Been using this for decades and it always works just fine. Gotta say, looking at the neg reviews, I think most people simply don’t follow instructions. One guy put it down in January and was mad it didn’t work. One was mad there were clumps in the bag that wrecked his lawn… how a clump gets through a spreader I don’t know but… I always drop the bag a bunch (like a bag of ice) then I got an old stick I run around the spreader to bust up whatever’s left. Some people’s complaint pictures showed they didn’t even have grass, just hard dirt. Duh. Some of them had it looked like every grass type but southern grasses. Amazing. Takes me about an hour every year after it warms up, then I water and forget about it. Works fine… and it’s weed control, not weed eradication. And the thicker your lawn the more control. And don’t dump tons on thinking tons more is better. Geez. No, I don’t work for Scott’s. Did work every year through high school and college on golf courses I couldn’t afford to play on. Yes, they had all kinds of chemicals for the courses, but around the clubhouse and common areas… just plain old Scott’s and worked fine. Have a great day.
