Gordon's Triple 10 Liquid Fertilizer 10-10-10 is formulated for versatility and performance. This all-purpose liquid lawn fertilizer can be used for lawns, pastures, vegetable and flower gardens. Mix 2.5 gal. of the liquid lawn fertilizer concentrate to 12.5 gal. of water to treat up to 15,000 sq. ft. of lawn.

Customer Service Fail

Have not received, shipment damaged by shipper and shipped back to TSC per an email from TSC. Instead of TSC proactively fixing it they gave me a number to call 😕 I've been on hold for more than 2 hours + first hour waiting on callback which they didn't so I called them again and now it's been over and still waiting. What a joke... I needed this yesterday.
Update!!! it took TSC Customer Service over 6 hours to answer my call. The agent shipped a replacement order and canceled my original order that I have not received credit for yet... Now it seems the Makeup order has the same problem with shipper refusing to ship and blaming it on a "label issue" this is a pattern that TSC needs to address since I'm not the only person with this issue. It is obvious that these jugs of fertilizer need to be boxed boxed up so the shipper will not notice what it is. Now that I have paid twice and will receive nothing ... the sale price is no longer available and I will have to drive 30 miles not sure if it is in stock and the $20 dollar sale price is no longer available. As for the fertilizer... I have no opinion, BUT TSC.com is not reliable and does not learn from it's mistakes! They now owe me $60.00 and it looks like I'm in for a lot of Heartburn before TSC fixes this I've been on hold most of the morning.😕
UPDATE #2 customer service shipped a replacement for the replacement and it also had a "shipping EXCEPTION" and was delayed one or two days during shipping. It did make it to my house in a box with no hazard labels HOWEVER the box was wet and leaking. About 1/3 0r $20 worth had leaked out. The jug does not have a "seal" but a red plastic insert that does seal well for shipping. The box voids were not stuffed. See pictures.

Never received product. Shipping tracking info stated it was damaged, but Tractor Supply never notified me, nor did they reship it or offer a refund. I had to call to inform them it was damaged and I wanted a refund. Not impressed.

Never received Item TSC

Trying to get a refund. Ordered 4 bottles and it tracking says FedEx damaged every packaged and returned them to shipper, contacted customer service said will do a return. Ok, look at return email they sent me a label to ship items back, I never got the items hard to ship back. Have called back once took option for a return call never got one, and second time hung up after 50 minutes on hold. Still trying to get a refund. Contacting TSC SUCKS.
