RUTLAND Refractory Cement is an ideal high-heat cement for masonry joints 1/4 in. or less. Pre-mixed, easy to trowel, and fiber reinforced, this cement can be used to set, bond, and repair cracked or broken firebricks in stoves, fireplaces, and furnaces as well as for building fireplace boxes. Its thick, smooth consistency makes this cement perfect for use as a mortar between firebricks as well as to build or fireplace fireboxes.

stuff happens, but why me...

So I order some refractory cement for my pizza oven build. I placed the order march 16th it is now march 26th.. still have not recieved product.. called a couple days ago and person could not help me, and the guy that could was on lunch break at 1030 .. they open at 8am.. person didnt bother to take my number to call me back. so I called the next day and they said that item was shipped but was damaged in process.. no email stating this?? Now I have to find out how to get my money refunded and then place order again... time is money and im not happy at all

Easy to spread, no mess, dried fast. Was enough to cement bricks on a small evaporator with some leftover.
