- A: Thank you for your question! This product can't be applied near a lake beach shore, as this product is toxic to fish and terrestrial invertebrates. The label states the following regarding Environmental Hazards: "... Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present, or to inter-tidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water used for irrigation or domestic purposes. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment wash waters. Apply this product only as specified on label."2 years agoHelpful?

Followed all directions to the letter. Applied 12 gallons and it did not work anywhere. Very disappointed. Even sprayed it directly on many young weeds and they did not die.
