Take back your lawn from weeds with Ortho WeedClear Weed Killer for Lawns Concentrate. This lawn weed control product kills all listed weeds without harming your lawn (when used as directed). It kills over 250 major broadleaf weeds down to the root, including dandelion, chickweed, clover, spurge, oxalis, and others as listed. The formula produces results in hours with just 1 application and is rainproof in 1 hour. Use this weed killer on listed lawn grasses, including St. Augustinegrass (not Floratam), Bermudagrass, Centipedegrass, Zoysiagrass, Buffalograss, and Bahiagrass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Ryegrass, Tall Fescue, and Fine Fescue. This product is a concentrate and must be diluted before use. To use, mix with water per label directions and apply using a tank sprayer or Ortho Dial N Spray hose-end applicator. Spray only until the surface of the lawn is wet. For best results, apply to actively growing weeds in spring or fall when daytime temperatures are below 90°F. Do not allow people or pets to enter the treated area until sprays have dried. This 1 gal. container of Ortho WeedClear Weed Killer for Lawns Concentrate treats up to 64,000 sq. ft.

Don’t work for me

Used on heavy weeds in lawn. Two weeks later and almost no difference. Only bought because TS was out of weed killer granules. Not worth the $46.

Kill the weeds

I received this product for free from
influenster. Been using this for 3x around the rocks area that has some weeds underneath and some of them were so hard to pull, so i used this and it did not disappoint at all! Its easy to use.
The good thing about this, that this product won’t kill the grass! I will definitely buy this product for the next year!

Somewhat Effective and Not Overly Stinky

The product was easy to use and didn’t smell horrendous like normal weed killer. The sprayer was easy to insert and put together as well. I sprayed the weeds in my lawn but they didn’t completely die. It said it would take many days to be complete and photos are after 2 weeks. Perhaps I didn’t spray enough? But also worried it killed a bit of lawn around it. I am not overly sold but I do think it beats pulling the buggers out of the lawn.

Application timing is key regarding weed control. We recommend applying this product when temperatures are consistently over 60 degrees. Weeds may temporarily appear healthier and greener after an application of a weed control, but weeds will die within 2 to 4 week period, depending on temperature conditions. This can be reapplied in 6 to 8 weeks or approximately 30 days.

Still weedy

I’m not so sure about this product. I sprayed it on a huge section of weeds in my grass and expected to see results pretty quickly but the weeds are still there. I’m a bit disappointed but I will try again and I’m also going to ask my landscapers to use it to see if I’m doing it wrong. Hope it works!
