I bought this blackberry root in early spring. It had a few green leaves on it. I replanted it right away in a 16" diameter container. Within days the leaves started to dry up. I panicked and thought the plant was dying. I went to the Bushel and Berry website and read that it's common for the leaves to dry up immediately after replanting and that I shouldn't worry because new ones would grow eventually. Sure enough, the plant grew new leaves and has since really taken off. I even have a few flower buds, which is not expected for the first year. I'm very happy with my purchase.

We bought 5 of these and we was told they would grow fine but they are dead as a doornail!

Dead as a Doornail

Light some cash on fire instead of buying these, at least you will briefly get some heat. Virtually no root system so the plants have little chance. 0/10 recommended.
