Q&As

1 - 4 of 4 Questions

Q: What month are the grapes typically ready for harvest in zone 4?

1 Answer
  • A: It just depends on the variety and your location climate. The Niagara Grape has a mid to late-season harvest generally falls between late August and mid-September. While the Niagara can be grown in Zone 4, the climate can be tough. You might want to choose a more cold hardy grape to be grown in Zone 4 areas (just depending on where you are at physically in Zone 4 area). It is recommended you view your location by entering zip code at https://planthardiness.ars.usda.gov/.
