Q: Can a Jack Russell mix about 18" long from neck to tail wear this w/o peeing on it? Because he never grew up around any other males just his sister he'll sometimes squat & not lift his leg, so I need to know before I buy it?

Too small. Used the provided size chart for our Lab . The large is too small should’ve done the XL
