Only received 9 out of 10 Panels

I would have given it 5 stars but when I opened the box I only counted 9 panels when I ordered and paid for the 10 panel box. I am also still waiting for someone to resolve this issue, so that is why I only gave three stars. I was ready to install and this now sets me back on this project.
