Wrong item but rapid response

Unfortunately I order a window and received the wrong size even though the correct size was ordered. Customer service was excellent. The agent looked into the problem and agreed the wrong size window was sent out. She didn’t have any explanation but sent me a return slip. I appreciated the feedback.
