The only thing wrong was the wrong size was sent. I Ordered them for my granddaughter who's 11 and was sent toddler size. She was sooo disappointed when she could not wear them immediately.

We have bought 6 pairs of Old West boots and have loved every pair. Our kids have a few different styles and we have gifted pairs to friends. Best childrens boot out there.
