- A: Hello, thank you for your question. Per the vendor, "The neoprene rubber material in this boot will keep your feet warm. Think of this material as a wet suit, it will keep water and the outside air from coming in, making the boot insulated. They are not made with any arch support, however, all of our boots have removable insoles that you can replace if you need extra arch support. Our boots and shoes run slightly larger, and the width is also slightly bigger than standard boots. Typically, we advise sizing 1/2 a size down if you are in-between sizes."a year agoHelpful?

Wicked Women’s Muckster II Mid Boot

I have worn these boots for 4 - 8 hours on a daily basis for a week now in my water-logged flower garden in zone 5b. My feet have stayed warm, dry, and importantly protected during the weather swings that occur during our spring season: 35 - 85F temperature change between sunrise and sunset; 5 inches rain total this week; and hail. I ordered my usual shoe size and the fit was comfortable with medical grade compression socks.

Super comfortable garden boot

I have peripheral neuropathy from chemo, so my feet either feel numb or burn most days. Most shoes make me feel like my feet are wrapped up in too tight bandages. I took these out of the box and tried them on and they instantly felt comfortable. I went outside and walked around in the squishy, muddy yard. Usually, I tend to lose my balance, but not with these! I walked around and felt incredibly stable. I even wore them in the house for a few hours. They didn’t rub or cause blisters or anything. I did wear with socks. I love them! 💜
