Warm, dry, and didn't fall on my butt in the mudd!

Just used them for the first time for collecting estuary samples off of a boat. It was cold and rainy (mid October in NH), but my feet, and lower legs were warm. Even sinking into the mud, they did not pull off when walking and I felt steady. I wore thick waterproof socks to be on the safe side in case I stepped into a hole disguised as seaweed, and these helped with fit. Really glad for the extra height (needed the whole height to stay dry). I have high insteps so boots are sometimes a problem, and some water boots are too narrow for me, but these were comfortable without feeling too sloppy. I am usually a 7.5 and bought an 8 which fit great with thick socks. I really appreciate the fun color (hot pink and purple) even if other's may laugh at me- why be boring! Great price on sale!

Tight on the calf!

I bought the Women's Muddy Girl Hale Tall Boot a couple weeks ago. I tried them on indoors a few times. No way can I comfortably wear them. The calf is so tight, it's very uncomfortable. I don't have abnormally large calves, just normal strong calves from all the work I do... (16") hence the need for boots of this type. Sorry Muck Boot, I'll be returning them.

Great boot

Great for walking the dogs in tall, wet grass. Easy to slip on. Perfect fit. My 4th pair of Muck boots. Two of them I wore slam out, but considering I wore them several times a day every day, I got my money's worth out of them.

I purchased this same boot probably 5 yrs ago. I loved them. They held up to the cold, water, mud, and horse manure. Right at about year 3 the material split where the pink line is on the boot top. About 3 months later the same thing on the other side in the same area. It would be where the boot bends when you take a step. I would get another pair but I know it would do the same thing again.
