Q: Is it okay to use the inexpensive coal dust that I buy at tractor supply for this blasting cabinet? I use the coal dust with a bucket with another handheld blaster now. It seems to work well but I haven't tried it with this new cabinet.

Q: My cabinet has a round metal attachment on the end of intake pickup tube about an inch long with 4 small, evenly spaced orifices ports around the outside and a terminal screw in the very end instead of the common, double tube, is the design correct?

Amazing little blast cabinet

This little blast cabinet is amazing, I use it to do custom etched glasses and it is the perfect size. The only modification to the unit I made was to flip the air filter around to the outside of the unit and hooed the small metal grill on the back of my shop vacuum with a Hepa filter to keep dust down within the cabinet, and it is absolutely awesome.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I love my cabinet. The only reason for 4 stars is it has issues consistently feeding material into the gun. Otherwise, well constructed and easy to used
