Great quality & it grew fast

I tried a four other bags of grass seed and none of them work. I came in the store and a salesman highly recommended so I ended up getting a small bag and within a week it was growing. The color looks amazing and it is growing so fast. I ended up going back and getting a 50 pound bag to do the whole yard. It is working in the shade and in the sun. I would definitely recommend.

Spring 2026 application - used spiker to lightly till bare spots, spread seed, watered 4-6 times/day with sprinkler system, had 2 light rain showers and after 2-1/2 weeks - NOTHING ... not ONE seed germinated - ensured the seeds did not dry out - store manager gave full credit - NOT something I'd purchase again.
