Sadly Disappointing
I was really hoping this seed would live up to its name, but unfortunately it was disappointing. A very small percentage germinated and areas similar I used just plain Tall Fescue which performed better. Once the Tall Fescue ares get a little more mature (2 weeks or so) I will need to reseed the areas I used the "Rapid Grow Sun to Shade" with Tall Fescue. The failure to germinate was so obvious I could easily see the seeds that "did nothing". Both areas received the same "post-seeding" watering, rain and sun and the soil itself was prepared for new seeding. In the future I will look for another brand/seed for my application.
No, I do not recommend this product.
