Lots of new grass growing
This is not the cheapest option but the grass it produces does well. I have a ton of new grass sprouting all over my lawn.

Little germination
Poor germination. Mixed into bags of premium top soil to do some patch work in my yard. Layed down some straw and watered every day. Some areas germinated but most of it did not. Reports are mostly good from other buyers but some seem to have experienced the same issue. Quality control issue with this product?

I returned it because your store sucks. Nothing but problems with my order from start to finish. Never shopping at TS again.
