Scotts 7 lb. Turf Builder Landscaper's Grass Seed Mix for Tall Fescue Lawns is an all-purpose mix for sunny and shady areas. This 99.9% weed free seed resists heat, drought, insects, and disease. It is also designed to be greener, denser and more durable than Kentucky-31. The grass seed requires full sun and part shade to grow. It covers up to 1,750 sq. ft. of area.

total garbage. Threw over a damp spot on very fertile soil where a chicken coop had been previously. About 20% germinated but 100% did not ever mature.

Huge disapointment

I followed the application directions to a T, and after 3 weeks and wasting a ton of water not a single area has sprouted. Total waste of time and money, i’ll never buy a Scott’s product again.
