Built with a high-efficiency brushless motor and a 20 in. wide intake, the Greenworks 20 in. Push Cordless 60V Brushless Single Stage Snow Blower quickly clears driveways, sidewalks and patios. A handle mounted chute-adjustment lever puts the user in control when re-directing the angle the snow thrower throws from 180 degrees side to side. It will do the job of a comparable-sized gas power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned and used this snowblower for about a year. It worked well on the small amounts of snow we've had, but we finally received a snowfall this past week that would fully test this machine's abilities - about 10"-12" of thick powder. It happily plowed right through the stuff, throwing it well out of the way, and cleared our fairly large driveway on just one battery charge. Now, I would HIGHLY recommend getting a second battery / charger combo, (they are not sold separately). With TWO fully charged batteries at the ready, I was able to plow our driveway thoroughly, plough our walks, clear the area in the street in front of our mailbox, and have enough charge left to plow the neighbor's driveway, at least enough to unbury their car in case of an emergency. I recharged and did a better job on that. This is my third Greenworks product - battery tiller, electric mower, battery snowblower, and I am really satisfied with the quality and durability of their products. So, if you have doubts whether this machine can do the job of a comparably-sized gas-powered blower, yes, it can - and you won't spend a half hour in the cold pulling a cord, trying to get a cold gas engine that hasn't been started in months up an running.

Pushes and clogs more than blowing snow.

After a year of using this, I have to say it's more of a snow pusher that has something in it that spins. if you have an actual driveway or are unable to shovel due to health move along to anything else. Whoever engineered this should become an artist instead. If you want to see it covered in snow, clogging every 20 seconds when trying to blow the snow it didn't clear from the 1st few passes, grab this and invite your neighbors to watch while having a few beers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this snow blower Jan 12, 2024 and never got to use it till Feb. this year, the first snow it worked great but the second time it snowed it stopped working and the snow depth at most was 4 inches. So decided to do a little trouble shooting and found that the PC board is defective, WOW after about an hour of use the board goes bad. I have purchased many Green works products and my satisfaction level for the most part has been positive but with this one very unhappy. Then when I looked for a repair shop in Idaho it lists none and to ship it will not be cost effective. My friend helped me remove my snow with a trusty gas snow blower. My trust in Green Works snow blowers is poor and would not recommend.

Thank you for reaching out us. We are sorry to hear of the experience you have had while using this snow blower.
The battery may not properly start if it’s temperatures is -17˚C or lower. If unit does not start remove battery from snow thrower. Place battery on charger and allow to charge for 10 minutes to allow battery to warm. Remove from charger and install in Snow thrower for use. Lithium-Ion batteries can be safely used from temperatures ranging from -17 degrees to 45 degrees Celsius.
You could also, check the condition of the snowblower and see if possibly something might be lodged in the snowblower like a rock or a pebble that might be preventing it from turning. We recommend shutting the unit down and removing the battery beforehand.
