    Not what I hoped for,

    Purchased socks for my wife who has trouble with cold feet. Battery’s will not take charge, and socks drain what little they do charge within an hour. Have not tried to reach out to customer service so I can’t comment on that yet.

    These are AMAZING and there's no way I'd get through winter without them. Quality is awesome, they literally last years without wearing out.

    I received this in the mail yesterday, I must have gotten a defective one, neither sock gets anywhere near warm. Can barely tell they are on after a full charge. Very disappointed as they were a gift for somebody going on a cold vacation in two days and a return won't be on time.

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    So i wanted to love...

    So I wanted to love these but my Raynauds affects my toes and these only heat the ball of my foot. I found that my toes were still in trouble from the cold. Also, the seam ran right behind the tip of my toe, making it more painful. On a positive note, they were soft and heated nicely- just not where I needed.
