This is going to be one of the dumbest reviews you've ever read but look, I paid 20 bucks for these socks and happily started trying to open them when I got home, so I can wear them in the snow that's most certainly hitting East Tennessee tomorrow. I don't know who is in there QA department but just getting the socks out of the package were ridiculous. There is not a single pair that doesn't have all kinds of threads pulled out because you can't open these things. I guess they're so worried about getting a pair of socks stolen that they put five plastic locks in the packaging not including the two that holds on the advertisement panel. By the time you get these socks opened, I don't care who you are, at least three pair of them are trash. I literally threw three pair away because there was so many threads coming out there's no way they could be washed. So, for 20 bucks I ended up with half the socks, they're super quality I don't know of anybody that can make any better ones but the packaging needs a major upgrade this is crap! The next time I buy anything from Columbia I'm going to make sure that it's not so secure in the package that it will not be destroyed when I open it. This is freaking ridiculous.

I bought. Set of Columbia socks at kohls at the Black Friday sale they already had holes by January 11th. I expect socks to last more than 50 days. Stay away from Columbia. Big waste.
