Failed Velcro

I bought this a month ago, and I used it last week for the first time. The velcro from the entrance was already ripped. Still a good tent, but it needs improvement from the badly torn velcro.

Fantastic tent

I bought this tent in late fall so I was only able to get out with it once so far. I absolutely love this tent and all of the features are very well thought out and designed. The only issue I have is with the roof hubs after I’ve installed the fly. For some reason the rods don’t want to bend the right way. It’s almost like the fly is putting too much tension on the hubs. It’s possible it’s something I’m doing wrong but I’m following the steps to a tee. I’m hoping this gets better over time and repeated set ups.
