This EMAX 5 HP 80 Gal. Industrial Air Compressor is a 2-stage, single-phase Inline pressure lubricated Vertical air compressor designed for up to 70,000 hours of commercial or industrial use with proper maintenance. Patented Pressure Lubricated Inline 2-stage cast iron pump with dual control design allows for automatic or continuous run rated at up to 70,000 hours. This EMAX air compressor delivers 19 CFM at 100 PSI, maximum PSI of 175. The unit features industrial grade electric motor at 800 maximum RPM and 24 running AMPS, magnetic starters, automatic tank drain, powder coated ASME tank with a 200 PSI. This air compressor is paired with all cast iron, 70,000 Hours rated, patented pressure lubricated reciprocating pump. This unit includes our patented, MADE IN THE USA, SILENT AIR system, installed. ETL, UL, CSA, ASME Certified. Solid cast iron crankcase ensures stable crankshaft alignment and can handle a heavy work load
Precision balanced solid cast iron crankshaft with Timken-Style stainless steel roller bearings on the front and rear for a smooth and efficient operation
All steel connecting rods with replaceable rod bearing inserts allows rods to be rebuilt
Removable 100% cast iron cylinders do not warp from heat
All cast iron cylinder heads are durable and dependable
Disc valve design intake and exhaust valves can be serviced in minutes
Top quality compression and oil rings ensure performance with low oil carry over
Precision ground pistons are machined to tight tolerances that ensure low oil carry over
Premium non-absorbent gaskets prevent oil seepage from the pump
All cast iron flywheel with built-in fan gives the pump more throw on the compression stroke, which results in fewer loads on the electric motor
Built-in head unloaders are built into the intake valve assembly on the air compressor head, reducing internal pump heat
Built-in inter-cooler and after-coolers
Raised pump platform design lifts the pump 2 in. off the mounting base plate, allowing for 100% constant flow of cool air from the flywheel fan to circulate
Electric motor meets all UL and CSA requirements
Large 1-3/8 inch output shaft on the motor
Large starting and running capacitors
Motor can be pulled 15% over full load for more break horsepower
Dynamically balanced armature for low vibration levels
Belt guard is made from 13-gauge steel and premium grade expanded metal
