DEWALT 7.5 RHP 80 gal. 2-Stage Vertical Stationary Air Compressor, 175 PSI

Works great But crankshaft is bent not sure how long it will last having the shive out of alignment

It’s DeWalt versus the other's in today’s showdown. DeWalt USA has been around since the early 1900's and I’m going to relate with you everything that I learned about this phenomenal 80 gallon, 7.5 H.P., 175 psi 2-Stage oil lubed Industrial Compressor, so you guys and girls out there can make the right purchasing decision for yourself or your company. Everything from the 80 gallon tank, to the air pump, to the Baldor induction motor with the Eaton Magnetic Starter beat the others who come to town. Normally, I am not a person of brand loyalty but rather I make my purchases on the best equipment for the job. The thing I like about this brand is, that this brand proves itself to be reliable, long term and doesn’t give me any issues. Everyone knows that having the right tool for the job makes the job much easier, but being able to rely on the tools again and again is always a plus, especially when it come to higher priced equipment. Alright, let’s take a look at the DeWalt Model DXCMV7518075 Compressor. First, it has an 80 gallon ASME tank and 175 psi to take care of all your air power requirements. It has the 2-Stage pump to insure you get air fast. It has an oil lubricated pump to insure long lasting air production. It has a magnetic starter that eases the electrical shock to the system and extends motor longevity. The pump itself is a one piece cast iron cylinder body and has a cast iron 12" balanced flywheel. This compressor is much quieter than my previous models. I like the quality of the compressor build. It is built the way we expect it in the USA! You can't go wrong with this compressor. It is single phase, 230 volts. It comes pre-wired and all you have to do is run your wire to the magnetic starter and BAM! You're in business. I absolutely love the way this compressor performs. Yes the compressor is heavy at 623 lbs, but would you rather relinquish quality for weight? Just make sure you make the same comparisons to the other compressors and I am sure you'll find the same result as I did. No cheap capacitors and junk pumps that don't last. If I were to review the differences in built quality of the cheaper competitor models against this model compressor, you would get the picture fast. Well, as you can tell, I feel this compressor is amazing and by far, hands down my favorite compressor of the many I've owned in my previous shops.
