Q: When is the best time to plant in the South

- A: Thank you for your interest in our White Ebenezer onions. The best time to plant them is when the soil is above 45 degrees F. If you want to check your soil, you may dig a small hole approximately 1" deep and check the temperature with a laser thermometer or meat thermometer. Happy planting!6 years agoHelpful?

Inexpensive and convenient

These were far less expensive that similar ones online, and most local garden stores didn't have them. I was pleased to find them at Tractor Supply! Ordered online and picked them up curbside. They are now 4 to 6 inches tall!!
