Easy to grow
Best price around for potato seed of any sort is at TSC. These did very well last year so I purchased again for this year's garden. I grew in containers and in ground. Both did well.

Yukon Gold seed potatoes ordered online
I placed the order online and picked up in store without looking at the product. Got it home and the outside of the bag of seed potatoes was wet. About 1/3 of the bag was rotten. How could the employee who picked them out not notice that??

Not good
The potatoes were already sprouted and I thought that would work to my advantage, but the opposite happened as most of the 3 bags I bought were rotten. I got 3 growing out of 3 bags

NOT 'guaranteed to grow'
Why is there not a "0" star option? Totally dissatisfied with Tractor Supply Company selling them AND DeGroot. "Guaranteed to grow" is absolutely dishonest advertising!! A 4 lb bag sold at TSC for $7.99 ($8.55 with tax). 3 LARGE potatoes with 1 or 2 eyes; 2 medium size 1 eye each; 10 SMALL with 1 eye each and 7 with NOTHING. NO 'customer service'! All ya get is a recording with NO response. I'll just leave a complaint with the Mississippi BBB and have them deal with it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not our first time growing potatoes. When dug up there were only a few tiny baby potatoes.

Dear BC, Thank you for sharing your feedback. we're sorry to hear the harvest was disappointing, especially given your prior experience growing potatoes. Producing only small tubers can sometimes be related to factors like spacing, soil nutrients, watering patterns, or heat stress during the growing season. We appreciate you letting us know about your experience and value your input, as it helps us continue to improve and better support our customers. Please reach out to us directly for further assistance at sales@degroot-inc.com. Thank you, DeGroot Inc.
