Box was trashed, missing a binder

Ordered the binder kit online, along with 4 axle straps. The box came and looked like it had been air-dropped mid-flight. Someone opened the box and put the axle straps inside, but took out one of the binders.

As advertized for chain quality and strength. The ratchets already were showing some small signs of rust on the threads. Don't know if that'll be a long-term problem or not.
