Grade 70 binder chains are made from Koch's highest strength chain, known as "Transport Chain," and feature a yellow chromate finish for easy identification by Department of Transportation inspectors. The chain links are welded, and each end is fitted with a grab hook. With a working load limit of 3,150 lbs, Grade 70 binder chains are ideal for load securement in applications such as construction and logging. It is essential never to exceed the working load limit, and these chains are not intended for overhead lifting.

  • Grade 70 binder chains are made with Grade 70 chain, Koch's highest strength chain also known as "Transport Chain". The yellow chromate finish allows the Department of Transportation inspectors to easily determine the grade of chain being used to secure a load.
  • Grade 70 binder chains are fitted with a grab hook at each end. Chain links are welded.
  • Suggested applications: load securement, construction & logging.
  • Working Load Limit 3150 lbs.
  • Never exceed working load limit. Not intended for overhead lifting.
