The lawnmower came missing parts. I reached out to customer service, that took 2 1/2 hours. I was told that I would be contacted by another customer service representative to address the issue. Still haven’t been contacted and it’s been five days. I’m pretty sure they’re not gonna do anything about it. Also, there is a loud whining noise coming from the transmission FMLI do not recommend this product.

I bought this 3-31-2026. I did not receive for a couple days after purchase. The maneuverability is HORRIBLE!! The handle to adjust height was Very Hard to move and actually snapped off when adjusting it. The steering is very stiff and hard to steer. The gas tank has a seam in the middle of the tank with a seal. The Very last time I used it I filled with gas and put cap back on and I noticed a lot of gas streaming out of the middle of the tank where the seam is. It also backfires when I shut it off and sometimes when I start it. My mower has been in service since 9-18-26 and have not heard a word. I REALLY want to return this Lawnmower. It is HORRIBLE!!
No, I do not recommend this product.
