missing in action

It was shipped to my address missing all of the loose parts needed to attach the deck to the tractor. So it's completely unusable in the state I received it. Had the tractor returned for a complete refund. Could not just get the missing parts. I was told that the whole tractor needed to be returned.

Machine not strong enough to handle my yard I should have done more research into the machine before I bought it. Wheels need to be nobby, to slick get stuck in place with power wheel spinning on top of grass or sand
