Buyer beware

I don’t know how well the mower works because I have yet to use it. First it was delivered by a driver with a big attitude, I can brush that off. Then, I open the crate note realizing I have some assembly work to do, it wasn’t clearly advertised but I will take the hit for that one. I find one of the rear tires punctured by 2 industrial staples and flat; and I realize the seat is not in the crate (missing). The upside so far is customer service was very friendly and helpful, they got right on it and shipped a new tire and seat. Ok, the tire and seat arrive, I go out to install them and realize they shipped the seat without the mounting bracket attached, the instructions show these 2 things pre-assembled so I didn’t think to call out the bracket, my bad, back to the phone (and email), again she was very friendly and helpful, took my information and said I would get a confirmation email, which I haven’t yet. The tire went on fine but the mower still sits waiting on a bracket. I hope there’s no issues when I do fire it up.

Not made for short legged operators

Clutch pedal difficult to reach to engage clutch. I moved the seat as far forward as possible,but my short legs have trouble engaging clutch. Also now that the seat has been moved forward, shifting the gearshift to forward drive is extremely difficult.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Very disappointed in the product quality

I had this mower for just two weeks and used it twice. To make a long story short I returned it. No fault of Tractor Supply or staff at all.
