So far the quality seems to be great, as expected from Carhartt, and the fit is true to size, however the warmth factor is not what I had expected for the "warmest" level 3 rating. This jacket leaves me feeling quite chilled in 40F degree weather. I wouldn't consider 40 degrees as "severely cold conditions" as the product description indicates for that warmth level.

I love the look and warmth of this jacket. I purchased a size small instead of x-small for extra room when wearing a bulky sweater. As with other reviewers, my only issue is with the zipper. I only use my eyeglasses for reading, however I found myself having to wear them when attempting to zip up the jacket. Even then, it would take several tries to get the zipper latched. After two weeks, the material around the bottom of the zipper is softening, making it easier to zip.

So pretty!! If you're debating what size you should get I would say maybe considering sizing down only if you're get it for outfits and not actually for work lol. I'm a size small to medium and I got the small, but I still could have gotten a xs because it's still pretty big and bulky, but a bit more oversized than I'd like!! :))

Product is great but when I opened the package the jacket had some strange small stains on the jacket.
