Lock is broke have no access

I bought this gun safe last May of 2025. As of april 2026 the lock inside the safe has broke. I am going on my third week of trying to get cannon to warranty the product. I've had multiple phone calls with cannon plus multiple long wait times to get someone on the phone. Every time I get a run around and no answers. As right now , my safe is locked and have no access to the things inside. Keep in mind when you make your decision as there is multiple report issues online with this company.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Love the exterior rhino liner

Well to be honest I was expecting the worst after reading certain reviews but my fears were unfounded. The safe was in new pristine condition and after a short orientation I figured out everything to get it up and running. I called the number to Cannon Supplied and the phone was promptly answered and the Advisor walked me through the steps necessary to take it out of manufacturing code into my personal code. Tested it 5 times and it worked perfectly fine each time. Am happy

I have had my cannon safe for like 10 years not one issue. Opens an locks easy. I change my batteries every 6 months when I change my smoke detector batteries. Love it so much looking into buying another one to go in the wall beside the original one

DO NOT BUY A CANNON SAFE!!! These safes are trash. The lifetime warranty is a scam, they will not stand by it. Spend the money and get a quality safe to protect your items. Cannon gym lockers are just that.
