The safe is great. The purchase experience not so

Tractor supply had a great deal on this safe at 30% off. It was the perfect size for what I was looking for. I purchased online for instore pick-up at one store only to have the ordered cancelled about 30 mins later. I then searched inventory and found it at a second store where it was the floor model. I purchased it online and then went and picked it up. Tractor supply was going to give me 10% off because it was the floor model and it was a little scuffed and dirty but that never happened. Got the safe home and installed and the instruction manual that I downloaded using the QR code provide with the safe had the wrong instruction for resetting the lock code. I called the Canon support line and the explained I had an H2 instead of an H1. They instructed over the phone how to reset the code and it worked. I explained that the QR code downloaded the wrong manual and this had cost me a lot of time. The person hung up on me. Other than that I really like the safe.

Horrible experience so far.

Not a good experience. Purchased safe on sale @$449. picked it up from my nearest store, they gave me the floor model. No pin code, owners manual or keys. Had to call back store and get the code. Now getting jerked around over the keys for it.
Bottom of the safe door is already beginning to rust and bedliner finish was not done well. Not happy.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great Budget Safe However...

Ive owned The Cannon 24 Gun safe for about 3 months and so far she's done great. The Cannon is a good 250LBS, a bit on the lighter side for a 24 but will still hold about 10 fully equipped rifles. The door is solid as well, nothing crazy. The hinges are easily removable with enough force once the door is open.
I'd highly recommend you inspect your model at a local Tractor Supply before purchasing. I wouldn't get one shipped due to the many reviews with other people stating the safe can arrive rusted-- easy fix, purchase in-store.
Now as for the predrilled holes, they are well placed and convenient to work with. The shelves are alright quality, definitely not holding more than 50LBS, but good room for accessories, ammo, and valuables. The handgun sleeves would be my biggest compliment about this safe, very sturdy and well built.
Now my biggest compliant about the Cannon 24 would be the laggy response from the keypad. In my personal experience, it could be a lot quicker and in those moments that second of lag would matter.
It is to be expected from a budget safe like this one but I think Cannon could have invested the time in a faster response keypad system. Still more than enough just not fast enough. For that reason I rate it 4 stars instead of 5.
