Sizes run too small

Ordered my usual size (2XL Tall) The coat was really tight in the upper arms/shoulders so I returned it and ordered 3XL but it isn't available in tall size. I can wear the 3XL jacket but it's still a little too tight without being a Tall size. Durable material. Could use a 2 way zipper too.
