This jacket is perfect for the winter weather in my area. Fit is great, very comfortable. And priced right.

Overall a good jacket. I like Berne stuff. It is usually as good as carhartt or Duluth, but nearly half the price. This jacket is no exception. I am 6'2" 220 lb, 44" chest, 32" waist and went with the large tall. The fit in the shoulders is nice and not restrictive. There's plenty of freedom of movement with the gussets built into the shoulders. The sleeves are plenty long enough to not run up my arms when reaching. There is as much or more freedom of movement than in any comparable carhartt or Duluth jacket. Plenty of pockets inside and hand warmer pockets. The jacket itself is not overly bulky or puffy. I got the tall size because although I am not extremely tall, I do have longer arms and it also looked like the jacket would sit right at the waist in a standard cut. I prefer the jacket to sit below the belt line and also wanted the extra arm length. The LT fit me just right, falls below the waist line and also the lower back hem covers the butt a little. It does seem a little tighter in the waist/across my butt than I expected. But the side snaps on the waist can be opened to give extra room. I do wish it had a two way zipper (for situations where you're sitting, like driving) so that the jacket doesn't ride up, but again, the side snaps should help. It should be plenty warm. It is not cold enough to say for sure. It is somewhere between a light shirt jacket and a really heavy insulated jacket. It's insulated but probably not top of the line like thinsulate or polartec. Overall, I would pick this jacket over a similar carhartt or Duluth, which would be double this price. The 2x price carhartt or Duluth might be marginally nicer, but not worth the extra cost in my opinion. Save your money and get this jacket, it will be great for working in this winter.
