Awesome jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super warm and flexible. Wash on cold and low dry or hang dry. It will shrink over time if you wash in hot water and dry in high heat. Great jacket.

It says level 3 warmth feels more like a low level 2 warmth ( i have a level 2 warmth jacket that feels warmer
The jacket looks and feels great love it but its not level 3 warmth

Phenomenal Jacket!

Everything about this jacket is top notch! It's lightweight, but super warm without being bulky, has design features that make it easy to move without restriction, lots of useful pockets inside and out. The outside material looks like it will be very durable, but only time will tell. Beware of sizing though. I always wear an XL with other brands, but with Carhartt's "relaxed fit" I need a Large. Recommend ordering one size down.

Great jacket, hood is too large

The jacket itself is very nice; warm, fits well, all zippers and snaps are top-notch quality.
But the hood is ridiculously oversized, when worn it hangs low enough over my face that it comes to the middle of my nose, completely blocks my eyes even when my head it upright. I had to remove the hood, never use it since it's so large.
