Paid for new item. was shown three. one broken one with price tag for same item for $30 less had been stored outside in uncover cage for very long time and settled for weather beaten item, no explanation or apology for condition, no offer to speak with mange about discount. Will not do business here again. Do not recommend.

Purchased to assist someone who had a dog with NO shelter, and temps were dropping below freezing! I ordered online and picked up at the store after dark. I did not look at the doghouse when it was put in the car. Imagine my shock, the following morning, to see that the house had several places knocked off on the roof, it looked like a $97 PIECE of JUNK. I have reached out to corporate and the local store! Yet no offer to make this right!!! The store manager said find her on my next visit, she would see what she could do!! I shop this store often, NO MORE!!
