Bought it already assembled. The floor was falling out when i got it home, screws were only half in an stripped out. I returned it to the store, save your money.

Item was delivered by the store while I wasn't home or else I wouldn't have accepted it. The box had a large hole, just running your fingers through you could tell the item was damaged. I opened it anyway and sure enough, a huge gash on the roof. Not salvageable in any way. What's worse is everything that's come after. Customer service is supposed to be open until 9PM CST, I called at 7PM CST and they say they're not available. I call the store that the item was sourced from and the manager just says he'll take my information and pass it along to someone else tomorrow because it's too late for him to do anything. We are still 2 hours from closing time! I'm not trying to be difficult, but the reason I had this delivered was due to the size of the box and the weight (100+ lbs). The item was obviously damaged, why did they proceed with the delivery? Why do they make it so difficult to return? If you're going to buy one of these, I highly recommend you either pick up the box yourself so you can exam possible damage or that you're at least home when it gets delivered so that you can refuse delivery.

Just got it mostly together so durability over time is unknown. Big issue for me is that the corners are not pre drilled for the screws. they are supposed to be self tapping but they will not drill into the metal. Also there is no indication that you need to drill starter holes. So resorted to ratchet straps to go around the entire house to keep it from falling apart and gave up for now frustrated. A little more thought into this would go along way to help the customer assemble it. I love it but does have issues
