Avoid at all cost

The hose body started leaking in about 12 months of very light usage: car washing and plant watering. The warranty-replaced hose started leaking in about 13 months, again with the same light usage. These hoses were always stored indoors on a quality, hose holder when not in use. There were no defects. These hoses are just poor quality. Their 2-year warranty is limited to the originally purchased product so the replacement hose does not have a full 2-year warranty. This does not seem logical – as if the second hose should not last as long as the first?

Please note that warranty coverage is based on the original unit purchased, which is why the replacement hose does not carry a new full warranty. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. love functionality of hose but the quality is poor

I purchased 3 of these hoses and all 3 ruptured. Fortunately, all three ruptures occurred within the two year warranty window. I am currently communicating with Aqua Joe for replacements. My only concern is that I’ll be addressing this problem again with the new ones.
