The Touchdog Felter Shelter Luxury Dog Bed is composed of a felt-like exterior shell that is upholstered onto the removable cushion. The exterior cushion features a side zipper that enables removal of the machine washable inner cushion. The smooth-to-the-touch the interior of the felter shelter dog bed features a complementary coloration and is composed of a fur-like material that is superior in comfort. The dog bed features reinforced-tubed stitching along the edges for added durability and the Touchdog embroidered stamp of perfection on the front.

Very Nice bed BUT Not as Described

Just got this bed delivered. The bed is very nice and looks great; HOWEVER, the description and specs are inaccurate, so, was not as I expected.
I ordered the Large bed in Bright Blue, based on the specs as stated, but in actuality, the large bed is MUCH bigger. It actually measures 28X40X9. This is actually a better bargain for the price, but I had ordered it to fit into a certain specific area in my bathroom and it just won't work in that space.
Also, the inside cushion, where the dog lays, is NOT the bright Blue felt material or color as shown. The cushion is made of the same material as the inside sides shown, a plush brown. Again, this is very nice and comfy, just not what I was expecting.
My biggest disappointment is the fact that the inside cushion is NOT removable for washing. There is NO ZIPPER to remove the cushion. The tag attached to the bed states clearly "Hand Wash".
I'm keeping the bed as it really is nice and my dog loves it (would easily fit 2 of her! She weighs around 44 lbs). If you're looking for a larger size than listed in description, order the Large. I've double checked the Model/SKU on the tag vs the website listing to be sure I received the correct bed and they do match. Hope this info helps. Merry Christmas to All & Be Safe!
