Good product, poor company policy

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Product was good and well priced. As it was not in stock, I had to pay the freight which cost more than a gate cost. I don’t expect them to have everything in stock but I feel that I was penalized because they did not have it. At another tractor supply, it was in stock. Whomever buys that doesn’t pay for freight. Now I know. I will avoid Tractor Supply.
