So how far apart should the posts be? Is the gate actually 16 foot, or should the gap be 16 feet?

Asked by: CJ65
The posts should be spaced 16ft. apart. The gate actually measures shorter than the listed "16ft." to allow room for hinges and mounting of the gate.

Is this easy to hang compared to my old 16 foot gate: I don't see the hinges on the gate to hang on the hinges on the pole.

Asked by: Rhondie
Yes, it is easy to hang with the included bolt-on hinges.
