The lift itself deserves 5 stars but I gave it 4 because of the condition of the packaging when it arrived. The box looked like it had been dropkicked from Kansas where it had been shipped from, to my home in Pennsylvania. Luckily the loose parts in the box were mostly there. I had to replace a retaining clip for one of the hinge pins. I was able to find one at the hardware store that was very similar to the missing one.
