The steel crafted MoJack Hydraulic Mower Deck Lift 550 is designed to lift lawn and garden tractors and zero-turn-radius mowers. The front mower lift link assembly is ideal for blade sharpening, belt replacement, and debris removal. Safer and more convenient than car ramps or blocks, the slow descent hydraulic cylinder and auto-lock system of the high lift mower blades prevents the machine from slipping or becoming unstable while performing repair and maintenance.

- A: Hi Lynn, This should work perfectly with your John Deere even if you have the largest deck size of 72" it falls within the weight rating. Please note, in some cases with a ZTR style mower you may need to invert the front wheels, to the position they are in when backing up. You would simply back up a couple feet, the wheels invert and you place the lift in front of the wheels and drive it on. This is because in some models the deck wheels are too close to the lift to allow it to clear the lift, sometimes not always. Just bringing this to your attention in case you run into it. - A: Hi Missy, This works on most zero turn mowers. In some cases you need to invert the front wheels to allow for clearance to the deck wheels if necessary. Back up a bit so the wheels are facing the opposite direction, then move the lift to the wheels and pull it on. Thank you,a month agoHelpful?

- A: Hi Homer, This should work with your Scag. In some cases with a ZTR, the front wheels need t be inverted like you are backing up so the deck wheels clear the front of the lift. I bought this thing thinking it would make changing mower blades a little easier.
What I didn’t expect was for it to completely eliminate my annual tradition of laying on the garage floor, questioning my life choices while trying to wrestle a mower deck with one hand and a wrench with the other.
The MoJack lifts my mower like it’s raising Excalibur from the stone. One minute the blades are buried underneath a filthy deck, the next they’re sitting at eye level begging to be sharpened.
The hydraulic lift is smooth, stable, and feels far safer than the old “jack it up and hope OSHA isn’t watching” method. The safety locks inspire confidence, and the entire unit feels built like it was designed by people who actually work on mowers. The 550 lb lifting capacity and hydraulic design make maintenance, cleaning, and blade changes ridiculously easy.
Best of all, I now spend more time actually mowing and less time inventing new curse words in my garage.
My mower deck has never been cleaner.
My blades have never been sharper.
My back has never been happier.
If you’re still tipping your mower on its side, balancing it on blocks, or performing lawn equipment maintenance like a contestant on a survival show, do yourself a favor and buy one.

Great jack for the price. Easy storage due to the folding. Only one drawback is it tends to slide when pulling the lawn tractor onto it. Wheel chocks are required.
