Worked great at first but stopped working after only 6 months. Have replaced batteries and the collar will beep once when we test it but then nothing else happens. Very frustrating!

Horrible Quality

Signal is not constant. 1 time it beeps next time it don't! Tractor supply has the worst warranty of this unit. cost $40 for 1 year, other places offered 2 years for $24.99 but no one else around me had a unit.
I live an hour away and not have to take it back to get my refund and search for some other type of system!
I would never recommend this product to anyone!!!

Don’t waste your money

Pros-
Range: decent
Waterproof: yes, can handle a rainforest climate.
Cons-
Pretty much everything else
System: randomly goes down with no warning. There is no way to remotely monitor the device or collars. Would be helpful is there was an app to give warnings to allow smooth management.
Collars: will not stay on at ALL. tried so many things to get the collar to stay on and there is no other type of fasteners (ex: clip, buckle, etc…)
Correction: inconsistent. Varies too much to be effective.
Battery: another factor that varies too much. Lasts 1-3 months is a significant amount. Batteries are relatively affordable but buying every month versus every few months makes a considerable difference.
Overall just not worth it. It had
caused more problems than it’s solved. We have high prey drive hunting dogs and this is meant to be a safer alternative to keeping them tied up when they are unable be supervised or working. The shoddy collar is the most frustrating part.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It's extremely unusual to have difficulty with collars staying on while they are fit as intended and undamaged, as the quick snap buckles on these collars snaps securely together. Though we do not have an alternative buckle available for these collars, it is worth mentioning that any collar strap can be used if you punch holes in the collar strap of your choice. If using a nylon collar, we would recommend burning the edges of the holes with a lighter or similar flame to help prevent fraying.
Additionally, it is vital to mention that none of our training systems should ever be used while a dog is unmonitored, as they are not a physical barrier. Though many dogs will respect their boundaries after going through the training process, for safety we do recommend a family member always be nearby to be able to check on them while they are enjoying their yard during the 8-12 hours per day they can wear the collar. We're so sorry for any misunderstanding.
